From my final project about synesthesia (2013). Synesthesia is a neurological condition where one sense is being mixed with another. I chose to work on the visual impact, where the observer sees reality in more than just one way, as reality tends to have more than just one face. My inspiration for this project was a great person which had become very dear to me who happens to be a synesthete.
Every image on this set is constructed from a base black and white photograph which holds a close meaning to me, and as for coloring I stacked OOF and long-exposure photographs, sometimes color-inverted, to create my personal vision/point of view.
